The Stockdale Mill Foundation was formed in December 2001 as a Non-Profit Indiana Corporation to preserve and restore the mill. On April 19, 2002, the Foundation was also approved by the Federal Internal Revenue Service as a 501 c(3) organization, enabling donors to deduct contributions.

Donations are appreciated:

- Private or Corporate Contributions

- Materials

- Skilled machinists, millwrights, carpenters

- General workers (yes, we have a task for you)

Volunteers are actively working on the building, dam & race, milling equipment, and property.
A
lso volunteers conduct tours, relate history, do historical research, and develop promotional materials.
