The Stockdale Mill Foundation was formed in December 2001 as a Non-Profit Indiana Corporation to preserve and restore the mill. On April 19, 2002, the Foundation was also approved by the Federal Internal Revenue Service as a 501 c(3) organization, enabling donors to deduct contributions. The Mill Foundation consists entirely of volunteers.

Volunteers are actively working on the building, dam & race, milling equipment, and property.
Also volunteers conduct tours, relate history, do historical research, and develop promotional materials

Volunteer work days for restoration are most Mondays from April through October.

A contractor has been secured and roof replacement is scheduled for August 2017.
Thank you to all who have generously donated.
Also, Thank You to the Wabash County Community Foundation for a grant of $4,460 for the purchase of roofing materials.
